Charles Sturt University officially launched its new campus in Sri Lanka in partnership with Prospects College of Higher Education (PCHE), marking a significant milestone in expanding access to globally recognised Australian higher education for Sri Lankan students.
The new campus aims to offer internationally accredited qualifications closer to home, with initial programmes in Business and Early Childhood Education, and future expansion planned in disciplines such as Information Technology, Psychology, Engineering, and Health. The first student intake is expected in the second half of 2026.
Students enrolled in Sri Lanka will also gain opportunities to connect with Charles Sturt University’s global academic and research networks, enhancing international exposure and learning experiences.
The launch event was held on 14 January 2026 at Prospects College of Higher Education (PCHE), Sri Lanka.
